The Pathways bike/walking path runs from the town of Jackson to the Jackson schools (elementary, middle and high schools) and continues south through the neighborhoods of Cottonwood Park, Rafter J and Melody Ranch, where it continues south near Little Horsethief and meets the forest service trails at the development of Game/Squaw Creek.  Single family homes on just under a quarter acre in Cottonwood Park, and Rafter J start at in the $400k price range.
